I just wanted to come on here and talk about the amazing experience I had with manager Lauren. She went above and beyond to help me and my children get the smoothie that was just right. Tropical smoothie needs more personable and sweet girls like Lauren in their stores. 10/10

I had a great time here with my wife. The cafe was clean, the staff were so nice, specifically Maddie and Cindy. I had to get their names before I left. I had a hard time choosing a smoothie and they helped me so much. They also made the smoothie and food super fast. Thank you so much to those girls

The employees were very kind, and I always love getting a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I got the chocolate truffle smoothie and it was very tasty!!I would highly recommend coming here

Grabbed a smoothie and a wrap before work. Both were delicious! The staff was very friendly - greeted me as soon as I walked in and handled my order quickly almost as if they knew I was late for work! Place was very clean too -- IMPRESSED - will be back!

I came in during a rush and they still worked with me to make the perfect smoothie
Kate was really nice and suggested a new smoothie that I absolutely loved. I also got one of their flatbreads, which was great!

Love this store and the workers here! They are so lovely and interested in making everyone’s experiences great! They always make a point to personalize my food and smoothies for me! I love the two girls who came to work in the mornings! They are very friendly to me and my friends!

I've been a tropical smoothie fan for many years. They have excellent quality food and their smoothies never disappoint. I was sad to see their tacos taken off the menu years ago because they made a mean korean bbq taco. I do love the Thai Chicken wrap, peanut butter smoothie, pomegranate plunge. I've also had great experiences with their breakfasts. Never had an issue with my orders either.

The staff is always friendly and the service is consistently speedy. Love tropical smoothie cafe in general, but coming to Massapequa is particularly refreshing. Definitely recommend!

These smoothies are addicting. The avacolada is great. Its so refreshing on a hot day. The chicken salad sandwich (toasted of course) is great. Nice place, very clean. wow - this sounds like a commercial, but its for REAL!!!

Came to tropical smoothie for the first time and was welcomed by the employee Kayla. She was very friendly and helped me decide the perfect smoothie for me, the bahama mama. Was very impressed by the service and the employees at tropical smoothie.

Meghan Osonitch is my favorite person at this place. She’s my best friend and I wouldn’t want to yat with anyone else at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. If anyone gets the luxury of meeting her you will be very happy.

I love Tropical Cafe!! The food and smoothies are really good. My favorite time to come in is during Happy Hour in the morning from 7 a.m - 10 a.m.

The food is amazing. So many healthier options than so many of the places around here. The Detox Island Green is my favorite Smoothie. The staff is so super friendly and helpful.

Love this since it's right next to Orange Theory Fitness. Lines get a tad long since it's directly across the street from Massapequa High School.. but I love seeing the kids eating healthy so I don't mind actually. See you in a few.

Food and smoothies taste fantastic!!! Really good atmosphere given by the workers and I really don't mind relaxing and sitting here for a bit.

"This was my first time at this local smoothie place. I usually go to Sunrise Smoothie but decided to test out Trop. The atmosphere of trop is extremely unique from the second i walk in the door i have a worker ready to take my order. "Princess Kelly" was the workers name who helped me was very energetic and made it enjoyable to snag a smoothie. The phenomenal customer service combined with the fresh tasting smoothie, made my experience worth changing my smoothie place to this one. mahalo trop
