• ●SS seats are tickets exclusively available to members of the official fan club, Ringo Jam.
  Both the applicant and accompanying person must be a fan club member.
• ●In order to conduct identity verification for this performance, those under the age of 13 who are registering by proxy will not be able to apply for SS seats.
  Please apply for two tickets for S seats, one for the applicant (the parent or guardian who has registered on their behalf) and one for the accompanying person (the person under the age of 13 who has been registered on their behalf by a parent or guardian).
• ●Tickets for the applicant and accompanying person can only be issued by the person registered at the time of application.
• ●Please note that visitor information cannot be changed after purchase.
• ●When applying, you will need a smartphone phone number starting with "090, 080, or 070." Applications cannot be made with phone numbers starting with 050. Please note that applications cannot be made if the applicant and accompanying person have the same phone number.
• ●If, at the time of application, the applicant and accompanying person's Ticket Pia membership registration information does not match the fan club membership registration information, you will be disqualified.

• ●Only one application per member is valid. Applications for the same ticket (SS seats and S seats separately) can be submitted multiple times during the application period, but only the last application submitted will be valid.
  Even for the same performance, only one application for each seat type will be valid.
  In addition, customers who have applied for two or more performances at the same time cannot make partial changes to their tickets on a performance-by-performance basis.
  If you wish to make any changes, you will need to resubmit your application from scratch.
  You can apply for up to 6 performances per application.
  You may be selected for multiple performances, so please make sure to apply for a performance that you can pay for and attend.

Notes regarding the performance

• ●As the government's basic response policy was abolished on Monday, May 8, 2023, the "Guidelines for preventing COVID-19 infections at music concerts" were also abolished on the same date. We will not ask attendees to wear masks at Mrs. GREEN APPLE ARENA TOUR 2023 "NOAH no HAKOBUNE", and will rely on individual choice and judgment based on their own physical condition and living environment. In addition, we will fully permit customers to speak out during the performance, regardless of whether they are wearing a mask or not. Please note that if there is a sudden spread of infectious diseases, not limited to COVID-19, and the government or local governments issue warnings to businesses, we may change our response again.
• ●Please note that tickets will not be refunded under any circ*mstances except in the case of postponement or cancellation of the performance.
• ●You may stand in front of your seat during the performance, but please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on your chair.
• ●In order to reduce the risk of infection, we will not accept any gifts or flower stands.
• ●Please be sure to follow the instructions of staff regarding your exit.
• ●After the performance ends, if you are leaving the venue, please disperse without gathering.
• ●Waiting for performers to arrive or leave is strictly prohibited.
• ●In order to reduce the chance of contact upon entry, tickets for this performance will only be sold electronically via online reception.
• ●To prevent resale, if you purchase two tickets, you will need to register your companion when the tickets are distributed. Your companion must also register with Ticket Pia (registration is free).
• ●If the person accompanying you does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, tickets will not be distributed and you must bring documents that can verify the identity of the representative and the person accompanying you to the venue. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
• ●Tickets obtained through any means other than official channels, including not only auctions but also ticket shops, scalpers, social media, etc., will be considered for commercial purposes and will be invalidated.
• ●To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please note that if you have purchased tickets from a resale site, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. Tickets will not be refunded.
