Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail to the
e-mail address linked to your account.

We know you're anxious to receive your MAX&MOI pieces,
and we invite you to read our FAQs for useful information and answers to your
questions about parcel delivery.

What are the delivery methods and costs ?

- We offer free delivery to mainland France (including Corsica), Switzerland
and the United Kingdom
, as well as to all European Union countries,
with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery to all these countries is handled by UPS.

- For international orders, delivery is free for orders over €700.
Below this amount, delivery charges are €35 incl. VAT.

Delivery is operated by DHL Express.

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine and the
USA. We hope to be able to ship to the USA again in the near future.

Except in special cases, all items ordered are available from stock. They can be shipped separately from different
warehouses.

What countries do you deliver to ?

We deliver to all member countries of the European Union, as well as to
Switzerland and the UK. These destinations are listed below:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta,
Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

We also offer international delivery to the following countries : Andorra,
Australia, Canada, China, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland,
Israel, Jersey, Kuwait, Reunion, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Morocco, Martinique,
Montenegro, Norway, United Arab Emirates.

What are the delivery times ?

Once your order has been validated, our logistics department will do its utmost to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier as quickly as possible. On average, orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays, and for orders placed before 1pm on
Fridays).

Delivery times vary according to the carrier and the country of delivery.

Please note: during Archives sales, Sales periods or Christmas and New Year holidays, given the large and exceptional volume of orders to be processed, preparation and delivery times may be extended.

What are the delivery times for pre-orders ?

Delivery times for pre-orders are longer and vary according to the volume
of pieces on pre-order and the time needed for production.

Made with particular attention to cut and finish, our pre-order models are
available within three to six weeks, and within 10 or 15 days for
Made in France pieces.

An estimated delivery time is systematically indicated on the product sheet
at the time of purchase of pre-order items.

How can I track the delivery of my order ?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking link.

You can also use your tracking number to check the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

How can I make delivery easier?

To facilitate the delivery of your order and enable you to enjoy your MAX&MOI pieces as soon as possible, we invite you to check the accuracy of the information provided concerning the delivery address (such as street, building and staircase numbers, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, telephone numbers, etc.).

How can I track the delivery of my order ?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking link.

You can also use your tracking number to check the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change my delivery address ?

If the order has not yet been picked up by our carrier, you can change the delivery address by contacting our Customer Service department by e-mail at support@maxemoi.com.

Puis-je me faire livrer dans une boutique MAX&MOI ?

Vous pouvez exceptionnellement vous faire livrer en boutique en veillant à bien indiquer vos Nom et Prénom en plus des coordonnées de la boutique MAX&MOI.

Nous vous invitons par ailleurs à contacter notre Service Client après avoir passé commande, afin que l'on puisse en informer la boutique dans laquelle vous souhaitez être livré·e et s'assurer de la bonne réception de vos pièces.

Que faire si mon colis a été retourné à l’expéditeur ?

Votre colis peut nous être retourné pour les raisons suivantes : adresse de livraison incomplète ou erronée, absence du destinataire lors des différentes présentations du livreur, non réclamation du colis dans le délai imparti…

Une fois votre colis retourné à notre entrepôt, nous pourrons, à votre demande, et sous réserve de confirmation :
- procéder à une nouvelle expédition après vérification de votre adresse de livraison.
- rembourser votre commande.

Dans le cas où le dépassem*nt du délai vous est imputable (l’adresse de livraison que vous nous avez communiquée n’était pas correcte, ou vous n’êtes pas passé·e chercher le colis dans les 15 jours impartis), les frais de réexpédition du colis seront à votre charge.

Mon colis est indiqué livré, mais je ne l'ai pas reçu

Dans un premier temps, nous vous invitons à revérifier votre suivi d'expédition et, si la livraison est confirmée, de vérifier par la suite auprès de votre gardien ou de vos voisins. Il se peut qu'ils aient réceptionné votre colis à votre place.

Il est aussi conseiller de patienter une journée, car il arrive parfois que le livreur scanne malencontreusem*nt votre colis avant de vous l'avoir remis.
Si vous n'avez rien reçu en fin de journée, nous vous invitons à contacter notre Service Client afin que nos équipes puissent se rapprocher du transporteur concerné.
