I have a 2019 Jeep cherokee latitude. There was a problem with my start/stop. The electricity worked in my car but it would kill over. I read up other people having the same problem and they've gotten themselves a new battery. Mr. Javan had naturally great customer service skills and little did I know there was a new die hard battery. I bought it Mr. Javan got me some money back for turning in the original core battery and Mr. Noah printed the my receipt and gave me excellent advice and more knowledge on the store and follow up procedures. In and out with something good to talk about. Thank you guys.

On our date night my battery in my Camry decided to let go of life. 🤷🏽 So instead of restaurant; we found ourselves at advance auto. 8 minutes before closing. The staff was patient. Particularly the young man who assist us. With installation of the new battery. He even went as far as to check the alternator and the old battery just to be sure we were correct about the problem.

I have never written a review for somewhere but let me say I cannot recommend this place enough. I will come here anytime I need a battery change or something for my car. I needed a new battery and first went to o reillys and then auto zone and both were willing to sell me a battery of course but neither were willing to change the battery for me. I am 8.5 months pregnant and obviously cannot change a battery but neither of those companies cared about that only about “potential liability”. I was thinking what has this world come too. BUT when I walked into this Advance Auto Parts they immediately greeted me and asked how they could help me. I said “please tell me y’all can change my car battery” the man working immediately said yes we can help you and has gone above and beyond getting the corrosion out and replacing the battery for me. If you need a battery you better come here because they are going to take care of you!

John at this location was beyond helpful he made me feel comfortable and educated me on everything that I asked about he seemed very un bothered by the amount of questions I had.

Didn't go to advance auto parts. Went to SIEGEN CAR CARE, which is 5*. Siegen car care is great. Advance Auto, I don't know. I haven't been there in quite some time.

John helped us with instructions to jump off the vehicle to bring in and have the battery changed. He was a blessing to my son and myself. New battery and runs great. Will recommend to everyone.

After having issues for several days with my car cranking and planning to go by an auto store this afternoon on lunch (suspected it was my battery), I saw this store opened at 7am (So convenient and I drive past on my way to work), so I decided to stop by and risk being late to work because I know they do free battery tests.
7:12 am - I pulled into a parking spot in front of the store and see another car with its hood popped. I go inside and find a staff member, who greated and quickly grabbed the battery testing machine and we head back to my vehicle.
7:14 - I pop my car hood as he requested and he had the machine connected and testing the battery quickly while I watch.
7:15 - Sorry to say your battery is bad, here let me show you the test results. As I mentally start cursing my luck and thinking about costs and look at gibberish to me quite frankly for the battery test results.
7:15 - So I ask the staff member about price and he knows off the top of his head what the battery is and what the 2 and 3 year prices are. I say yes let's get it done and start researching battery costs at other stores. The cost is not higher than Walmart battery and less expensive than some other battery and auto parts stores, so no reason not to just do it I tell myself.
7:17 - I have bought the new battery and ask if there is anyone to help me install it as I am dressed for work and don't want to get dirty if I don't have to, sue me I know. The same staff member says its not a problem to do it at all and he is going to help me get it done really quick. We then go back out to my car.
7:28 - By this point he already had my old battery out on the ground and the new one into my car and securely fastened. He asks me to turn over the car, it starts without a problem, registers the new battery and I turn it off and back on and it is ready to go! He closes my car's hood and says to have a good day and I am on my way to work and texting my boss who has the same sentiment as I do (That was FAST!)
Convenient time frame, quick friendly and fast service, knowledgeable staff about in store products and well trained and efficient at the job.

Advance Auto is by far, hands down, the most consumer-friendly auto parts dealer around any town. But just a suggestion oh, you should download their Advance Auto app because first of all it is user-friendly and there's always a 15%, 20%, or 25% coupon that you can add at checkout. And the $5 bonus perks are pretty easy to come by as well. So basically any $100 that you spend at Advance Auto by the time you add the discount and most likely your bonus perks you only pay approximately $70 out of a hundred. So I guess the question is, do you like saving money?

Got the help i needed but the gentlemen acted like he didn't want to help me put my light in so i had to go to the gas station an ask a stranger to put my light in bc it was dark an I couldn't see.
